Parking
Facilities
We have 4 parking spaces at the rate of €18 per day. You can book the parking separately, if a parking space is available you will see it as the first option when you enter the dates of your stay into the booking engine. Due to high demand, we ask you to book your parking early on, as they tend to be booked up quickly. The cancellation policy for the parking spaces is the same as our room cancellation policy. There is parking available on the street as well, the fees are MON-FRI 09:00 AM - 10.00 PM 12 MIN €0,60 60 MIN €3,00 120 MIN €6,00 Weekends & Public Holidays: Free No maximum parking time. An electric car charging station is available in less than 100m distance.
Payment
When booking online your payment goes through our MEWS Booking Engine. For rooms or additional services that are booked in person, payment can be completed at our reception desk. We accept German EC card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Euros in cash.

Peak Season
Please bear in mind that our prices as well as our cancellation policy can change when trade fairs are taking place. As we are only a small hotel and are located not too far from the Exhibition Centre, we get booked up very quickly during this peak season. If you are interested, please book as soon as possible to ensure that we can offer you your desired room and give you the perfect stay.

Whether it is for their birthday, wedding or anniversary, surprise them with a voucher which will satisfy even the most sophisticated demands. We can also decorate your room with rose petals upon request and will make sure that we have it ready for you and your partner to enjoy a perfect romantic getaway.
No children
under 12
We have no room for baby cots or additional beds for children in our rooms. The hotel is also not suitable for children under the age of 12 due to the countless antiques and the flights of steps. Please understand that, where the safety of children is concerned, we really do have no room for manoeuvre and it can be extremely dangerous for children in the hotel with the old and very heavy furniture and ornaments. We feel responsible for the safety of our guests and we want you to feel comfortable and at home in the hotel.
No Elevator
Please bear in mind that we do not have an elevator, we only have a large free-standing staircase. The property was built in 1907 as a single-family house and we do not have permission to install a lift, as we would have to destroy too much of the historic house. If you are not able to climb stairs very well, we ask that you let us know when booking to ensure that we can give you a room on the ground floor.
No Smoking
in Rooms
Smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel. Please be considerate of your fellow guests. We have purposefully set up a smoking area with a bench for smokers where you can make yourself comfortable. If we find out that you have violated the rules, you will have to pay the corresponding penalty and you will be asked to leave the hotel.
No Pets
Our hotel is completely carpeted (except of the reception area), we therefore ask that you do not bring your pets to the hotel. This will also ensure that allergy sufferers can have a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Sufferers
If you have a dust allergy, please be assured that we attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness. If you have an allergy to feathers, please let us know when you reserve. Our normal pillows do not contain feathers, but our decoration cushions do. We will remove these from your room before you arrive. If you have any kind of food allergy or intolerance, please also let us know when you reserve to ensure that we can find the perfect solution for you.
